La zona dedicada a expositores es una parte vital del Congreso WVAC 2018. La organización hará todo lo posible para garantizar que todos los expositores tengan la oportunidad de contactar con las empresas, instituciones o profesionales que les resulten de interés.

Incluido en cada compra de estand de exposición:

Patrocinadores tienen la primera opción en la selección de la ubicación del estand, seguidos por los otros expositores en función del lema "el que primero reserva, primero elige ubicación". Ningún expositor podrá sub-alquilar o compartir estand con otro expositor.

Espacio para organizaciones sin fines de lucro

Los expositores que se definan como organizaciones sin fines de lucro disponen de un precio reducido (1.5000 EUR) para ser expositores. El precio aumenta a 2.000 EUR después del 15 de diciembre de 2017. Este trato especial incluye sólo un espacio de exposición de 6 m2. La asignación de espacio se limitará a un área específica en el plano de planta. Los expositores sin fines de lucro no tienen la opción de elegir el espacio en otras ubicaciones en el piso de exposición con este precio reducido. Si desean estands adicionales, éstas se facturarán al precio normal del estand.

As the sponsor of an Industry-Supported Seminar, you will:

  • Have a Meeting Room at the Centre de Convencions Internacional de Barcelona (CCIB). You are permitted to hold the meeting at another property; however, the same fee applies and meeting space and AV package will not be available through the Congress Secretariat, but will be at your own expense
  • Receive a basic AV package with LCD projector and screen, one microphone at the podium, audience microphones, and a head table for four or six with microphones
  • Be listed on the Congress website, mobile app and onsite program, with seminar description and hyperlink to company’s own event/registration page (if desired)

The Message Board will be located at the registration desk and will be a central reference point for all Congress delegates to leave and retrieve messages.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Message Board, you will:

Abstracts accepted for poster presentations will be displayed on poster boards in the Exhibit Hall every day. Presenters will be present during refreshment breaks on the day of their Poster Session to answer questions and discuss their research with delegates.

As the sponsor of one of the Poster Sessions, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to position one or two custom free-standing banners in the Poster area on your selected day (banner(s) supplied by Sponsor; maximum size 3’ x 5’)

Several hotels contracted by the Congress Secretariat offer the opportunity to custom brand their hotel key cards. This is a unique opportunity to put your branding in the hands of most delegates. The Onsite Mobile Application will be provided to delegates free of charge and will be available for most iOS, Android and Blackberry mobile devices. Timely updates about any onsite program changes or important announcements will be sent through the app via notification alerts.

The Congress Dinner will take place on the evening of Monday, May 7 at the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya (MNAC). All delegates are invited to attend this event at a nominal charge, and are welcome to purchase additional tickets for guests.

As the exclusive sponsor of the Congress Dinner, you will:

  • Receive six (6) complimentary tickets to the Congress Dinner
  • Have your logo placed on the tickets and menu cards, as well as on signage on site
  • Be acknowledged during the event as the Sponsor of the Congress Dinner, as well as with your logo in the Onsite Program and on the website

  • make a general contribution to the Congress, or

Alojamiento: Reserva oficial!

La Secretaría del Congreso (International Conference Services Ltd.) es la entidad que coordina el alojamiento oficial para el Congreso. Se han negociado tarifas reducidas para los participantes y grupos y se pide a todos los patrocinadores y expositores que apoyen al Congreso mediante la reserva de alojamiento a través de los cauces oficiales. A los patrocinadores se les ofrecerá  una selección prioritaria de habitaciones de hotel.

La Secretaría del Congreso se reserva el derecho de modificar o rebajar los niveles de patrocinio si los patrocinadores no hacen sus reservas a través de la oficina oficial de alojamiento. Las tarifas completas estarán disponibles próximamente en la página web.
