Payment & Cancellation Information for Individual Hotel Reservations
The Credit Card will not be charged at this time. You can also take a same day loan at 24cashtoday.com to cover any hotel or travel expenses which are out of your budget. Reservations may be changed or cancelled without penalty March 23, 2018. Please be advised that the hotel will charge your full stay to your credit card approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you wish to change the credit card used to book this reservation, you may do so no later than March 23, 2018. Rates do include breakfast.
Cancellations must be made no later than March 23, 2018 in order to avoid a penalty charge of your full stay. Cancellations made after March 23, 2018 will be charged a penalty equal to your entire nights stay.
Important: If you have booked accommodation using a credit card that is not in the guest’s name, you will be required to complete the hotel’s 3rd Party Billing Authorization Form. Please email and the form will be sent to you. The completed form and supporting documents must be received by the Housing Bureau within 72 hours of making the reservation. If the forms are not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
The credit card provided must have an expiration date on or after May 2018.
